Dr. Timothy Garofolo is the most outstanding dentist I’ve ever met! I’ve been to some of the most highly rated dentists in NY, Charlotte, and Atlanta, and Dr. Garofolo surpasses all of them. His incredible knowledge together with his having the most up to date equipment possible allows him to resolve your dental problems in his own office, rather than send you out for related procedures. Dr. Tim Garofolo is the most efficient dentist I have ever had the pleasure of helping me with my mouthful of very bad teeth. His office equipment is state of the art and outstanding and his team of coworkers are exceptional. I must admit I am old and have gone through a plethora of dentists over the decades and this group is the most professional and best I have experienced. I was getting implants done and Dr. Gareth all hell made the most beautiful pair of teeth that he was so gentle about putting in my mouth… I am petrified of dentist but every time I come in he always reassures me that everything is going to be OK and he goes through the procedure of what they are going to do with me that day. Came to the dentistry collective to get my fourth root canal in my lifetime, therefore I was terrified and apprehensive due to previous bad dental experiences. When I got there I was taken in right away and given a "comfort menu" with things such as a blanket, headphones, or even a hot towel. Immediately I felt more comfortable and upon meeting Dr. Garofolo, the dentist, was pleased with his honesty and diligence in explaining and coordinating the care I needed. I just love this place! I needed to get a replacement DDS since mine retired and I was not happy w/his replacement. I received an ad from Opencare - thought I'd check-it-out, I chose Dr Garofolo = liked what I saw from other patients. I popped in the office to "check-it-out" and really liked what I saw and heard and decided to schedule my cleaning ASAP! They told me nothing was open but I could come in for a consult, I said ok. The staff were all so nice and kind. I have dentist anxiety and they made me feel calm and at ease. Dr. Garofolo made sure I knew all steps along the way and prioritized the issues he found. So happy I found this office. And look at the amazing swag I was given 💜
