Dr. Michele Burgess, Dermatologist, examined my entire body, quickly identified and diagnosed my skin condition and then treated it appropriately in the examination room. Dr. Burgess is a highly skilled physician and I'm extremely happy with the level of care she provided. Choosing The Dermatology Specialists is one of the best medical decisions I've made.

As an actress I want to feel confident on camera and Dr. Asmi took care of my keloid so I could do just that. From the front desk to the medical team, the staff are cordial & knowledgeable. Definitely the dermatologists to see!
Looked up the medication the doctor prescribed for me and found out it is not what I need at all.
Wasn’t seen by the doctor until an hour and a half past my appointment time. No apology. Actually saw the doctor arrive at the office after my appointment time while I was in the waiting room. Then the doctor was curt and rushed through my appointment.
I ended up by mistake at this location (labeled as Flatiron Dermatology) as I avoid this chain altogether after being ripped-off at the 440 Atlantic Ave. location. I tried to get in touch to let you guys know about the issue, was ignored the billing dept rep. (Phoebe Osei Kuffour) was awful and unresponsive. No issues with the doc that saw me last week. She was good. I'm just disgusted by the whole brand after my terrible experience and this seems to be the only place where you guys (maybe?) will listen.
The customer service at this place is absolutely awful. Stay away from them. The call center is outsourced and the business run like an offshore company. The service is pretty similar to the service you get when you call a call center in India. It makes me think whoever set up this business does business offshore in India and tries to replicate that model here which doesn’t work with our customs. The doctor was great but the overall service that’s rolled up by the owner. It’s absolutely awful.
