Front desk personnel and intake personnel were both professional, friendly and pleasant. Issue: An emergency visit for multiple "horribly intense" itching hives. Disappointed that I was seen by a Physicians Assistant and not a Doctor, while friendly and attentive the overall experience felt somewhat rushed and the suggested resolve (to take oral antihistamines several x per day in addition to a Kenalog injection) did not help me as I had stated I had already tried that before and it did not and would not help me.
