DebraNaye Rose was an exceptional provider. She informed me about my condition, explained possible treatments, and created a realistic plan for success. I am looking forward to my next appointment and my skin has already shown improvement in less than one week! Besides being knowledgeable, she is also very friendly and shows care for her patients.
My experience was wonderful I highly recommend the Doctor
I was not sure what to expect; additionally I came with a recent questionable skin issue. The PA that took care of me was absolutely top line, confident and loves the work she does; it appears to be second nature… I felt very comfortable, for a first t visit and Will absolutely retire for any subsequent skin issues.
The service was amazing from the receptionist to the Doctor. Love Doctor Rose, she made this experience super easy.
My first appointment that was confirmed, I did not see the dermatologist because the office was closed. When I rescheduled, I visited the office and 1 of the receptionist was not pleasant. Finally get to see the dermatologist and it just seemed like it was play time for him and his assistant. The were joking with each other while in the room with me while the assistant was taking a picture of the area on my face that i visited the office about. That was very uncomfortable! Taking my business elsewhere have been a patient of this practice for over 5 years, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing and concerning. There is a serious lack of communication and coordination between their offices, even though they are all part of the same practice. Each time I call, I’m told someone needs to “call me back” because no one seems to know what another office has done.
