I was not sure what to expect; additionally I came with a recent questionable skin issue. The PA that took care of me was absolutely top line, confident and loves the work she does; it appears to be second nature… I felt very comfortable, for a first t visit and Will absolutely retire for any subsequent skin issues.
The service was amazing from the receptionist to the Doctor. Love Doctor Rose, she made this experience super easy.
Taking my business elsewhere have been a patient of this practice for over 5 years, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing and concerning. There is a serious lack of communication and coordination between their offices, even though they are all part of the same practice. Each time I call, I’m told someone needs to “call me back” because no one seems to know what another office has done. Totally different from my last experience with the exception of the doctor who was very polite and professional. Treated my issue and explained what I need to do. The front desk ppl were rude unprofessional very intrusive when I was speaking to the girl about the forms and my appointment time,they were also extremely loud while speaking to each other while sitting right on top of each other,they were so loud I had to walk around to the side of the desk in order to hear the girl dealing with me the conversation was about v... read more
DebraNaye is good. I've been to the practice to see her twice and I'm going to do a follow-up with her. She's 5 star However, their billing department needs to engage in better customer service. Someone called me yesterday, Palm Sunday looking for payment from a visit in October, 2022. I ask why didn't I receive any notification about an outstanding balance, because I hadn't receive a call, a text, an email, or a letter requesting payment in 5 months. I feel like they didn’t try hard enough and i still have the same issue i went there with over a month ago. No real test were ran. The people were nice though but still doesnt help my situation so very inconvenient.
