The service was amazing from the receptionist to the Doctor. Love Doctor Rose, she made this experience super easy.
why are you here? I explained to her she wrote it down on the computer. She asked me what was my Pharmacy I said Life Pharmacy she says OK. Second the physician assistance I don’t know exactly who he was. He looks at me examines my foot; and then a doctor comes and says oh you diagnosed it correctly I asked the doctor a question he looked at me like I don’t know. I don't think my issues were addressed. The solution suggested does not make sense.
My first appointment that was confirmed, I did not see the dermatologist because the office was closed. When I rescheduled, I visited the office and 1 of the receptionist was not pleasant. Finally get to see the dermatologist and it just seemed like it was play time for him and his assistant. The were joking with each other while in the room with me while the assistant was taking a picture of the area on my face that i visited the office about. That was very uncomfortable! Taking my business elsewhere have been a patient of this practice for over 5 years, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing and concerning. There is a serious lack of communication and coordination between their offices, even though they are all part of the same practice. Each time I call, I’m told someone needs to “call me back” because no one seems to know what another office has done. Totally different from my last experience with the exception of the doctor who was very polite and professional. Treated my issue and explained what I need to do. DebraNaye is good. I've been to the practice to see her twice and I'm going to do a follow-up with her. She's 5 star However, their billing department needs to engage in better customer service. Someone called me yesterday, Palm Sunday looking for payment from a visit in October, 2022. I ask why didn't I receive any notification about an outstanding balance, because I hadn't receive a call, a text, an email, or a letter requesting payment in 5 months. I feel like they didn’t try hard enough and i still have the same issue i went there with over a month ago. No real test were ran. The people were nice though but still doesnt help my situation so very inconvenient.
