The providers are amazing, no complaints there. The thing I have an issue with is that I made an appointment, arrived early and didn’t see the provider for almost 1.5 hours after my appointment time. The other issue that I have is that you state that you keep appointments open until 7 pm but I called today to make an appointment at 5:20 pm as I noticed the issue I have was getting worse. The entire visit was great. The receptionist was friendly and warm. Jessica (the lady who first saw me) was kind and compassionate . Lauren was very professional and listened to me while I explained my skin problems. My 2 prescriptions were ready as soon as I got home! You have a wonderful place!

Dr, Buka and his aides were professional,thorouh and personable.They asked the right qustions,provided god solutions and advice after a thorough examination.I will go back.
I’ve been a patient of this practice for years. I started out seeing Dr. Buka but he opened more offices in various locations and it became harder to get appointments with him. All the PA’s, doctors and other staff are absolutely great, though. They are all so attentive, personable and knowledgeable. All the locations are always very clean, too. Had to return after first visit. Problem had not cleared up
Just celebrating my 82nd Birthday on Sunday (Nov 6), I was impressed with how "professional" everybody was with caring about my leg. As I get older I am concerned if I am sharing my issues clearly and that I am presented with sound advice and treatment afterwards. The Staff at Manhattan Valley deserves "High 5's" from me. I was a walk in and everyone was super nice and helpful. Took me in right away. Also, was offered some water or seltzer water, which was a pleasant surprise. The office was very clean. María Strangie PA, was very kind and listened to all of my concerns. The whole experience was just amazing. This will be my new dermatology place from now on. Thank you 🤗
