Just celebrating my 82nd Birthday on Sunday (Nov 6), I was impressed with how "professional" everybody was with caring about my leg. As I get older I am concerned if I am sharing my issues clearly and that I am presented with sound advice and treatment afterwards. The Staff at Manhattan Valley deserves "High 5's" from me. I was a walk in and everyone was super nice and helpful. Took me in right away. Also, was offered some water or seltzer water, which was a pleasant surprise. The office was very clean. María Strangie PA, was very kind and listened to all of my concerns. The whole experience was just amazing. This will be my new dermatology place from now on. Thank you 🤗

I made an appointment to remove some small skin tags from my under arm and they never told me that it was cosmetic and it cost $150 per tag and that my insurance doesn’t cover it. I paid a copayment up front for nothing. I literally was there for 5mins and paid $40 for nothing. They didn’t want to reimburse my copayment

Honesty the first time I went I had a good experience, but this time the doctor I saw didn’t meet my expectations . I was given a cream that gave me a rash smh jus wasn’t satisfied at ALL

The Dermatology Specilaists used to be efficient and patient-friendly, answering the phone on weekends, almost always providing the appointment time requested, and submitting prescriptions to the pharmacy right away. Theire customer service is now awful: they're using AI as their phone representative, making me fill out a patient information form even though none of my information has changed, and, worst of all, I've been trying to get a prescription renewed for 11 days and I still don't have it. STAY AWAY

Had a 9.00am appointment with dr Reddy. Officemanager came in at 9.10am. She first had to take care of radio and TV before she could assist the people waiting. No apologies. Was taken to a room and asked for the reason of my visit. Around 9.30am I was informed that dr Reddy was on his way; told the team that I could not wait so long, and Lauren offered to see me. Left around 9.40am. My advise: make an appointment in the afternoon when the entire team might be there to assist.

A medical practice with horrible, I repeat horrible communication. All they care about is making money (you don't owe!) off of you. Dealing with them to pay my bill has been an absolute nightmare, one that's taken over a year and still isn't resolved. Yes, A YEAR. After receiving my bill 5 months after the appointment, it never went through my insurance. I always have great experience visiting this place. Yesterday was different the Front desk at Astoria was nasty and the Billing person nasty and mean. My dermatologist is great. He is the best
