A medical practice with horrible, I repeat horrible communication. All they care about is making money (you don't owe!) off of you. Dealing with them to pay my bill has been an absolute nightmare, one that's taken over a year and still isn't resolved. Yes, A YEAR. I always have great experience visiting this place. Yesterday was different the Front desk at Astoria was nasty and the Billing person nasty and mean. My dermatologist is great. He is the best
I was not told at the front desk when I registered that I’d be seen by a PA and I should of !!!! I would of come back when a doctor was in or went someplace else. I felt tricked!
