This organization had managed our initial mortgage for our home in FL, moving from TN. Very difficult, unsold house back in TN, assets heavily discounted by Dodd-Frank and other laws and regulations. Debt to income ratio therefore sub-marginal. The Donaldson team came through and managed a mortgage for us to purchase our Florida home, albeit with FHA provisions. They then followed up after about 6 months and managed re-financing with very favorable rates, and minimal costs, deleting FHA!

We were seeking a mortgage on a new home in Florida, not having sold our current home in Tennessee. Debt-to-income ratio was unsatisfactory, a bridge loan on our original home was required, the Florida seller was uneasy and concerned whether we could make it to closing. Not an easy process. David Donaldson and his team at VanDyk Mortgage Corporation pursued several alternatives, and succeeded in producing a satisfactory mortgage solution. This is true perseverance and professionalism.
