It doesn't get better I had a Chamberlain garage door opener installed by The Door Master. This company gets very top marks. I purchased the door opener at Lowe's and through a google search, found The Door Master. They were able to install the door the next day (a Sunday). Great Service I got home from work late on a very cold Tueday night. The garbage pick up had been that day so I opened the garage door to put the bins away. The door would however not close and even when I managed to disconnect the door opener and drag it down it was crooked. I googled around and saw good reviews for The Door Master so I placed a call. Garage Door Repair I called The Door Master this morning as our garage door would not open. The Door Master technician, Olef was at our home by 11am. He repaired broken cables and a broken spring in one door and then lubricated both doors and cleaned the ice off the garage floors. This friendly, hard working repair person provided great service on this freezing cold morning. This is the second time we have used Door Master for 2 different problems and would not hesitate to call this reliable company again.

Fixed garage door or in 30 minutes Called on a freezing winter day, door wouldn’t close. They came in the two hour window as promised. Knew exactly what to do, fixed it and was done in 30 minutes. The price was the best out of all the places I called. Highly recommend the Doormaster

automatic garage door repair Repair was completed earlier than expected even though it was 7:00 at night. Oleg was very friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and completed the fix effectively and timely. Oleg also fixed a couple other issues he discovered and for which we not were not a aware. All and all it was an excellent service experience.

Garage Door Opener not working Our garage door wouldn't open (except manually) and it was during a cold snap in early January. We phoned The Door Master and they said they would be there the next day between 7 & 9 pm but Oleg came early and replaced the old door opener (17 yrs) very quickly. He changed the track to make it work smoothly. He was very efficient and pleasant to meet. He acted very professionally. The Door Master professional was called Oleg Cyril Mees

Prompt, Reliable and Honest Service Our garage door broke this morning and The Door Master was contacted. An evening appointment was promptly set and Steve arrived when expected. He was very professional, kind and courteous. What we thought might be a bigger job was an easy fix, which was reflected in the price. We highly recommend Steve and The Door Master, and count our blessings to have found an honest service provider.

Garage Door Opener From the moment I called The Door Master and explained that my garage door was not closing and opening properly I was very impressed with their customer service and in their quick response to have a technician come to my home. When Oleg the technician came to my home he was very thoroughly in checking everything out and then he was very courteous and explained that it was my sensor that were not working and the choice would be my to make whether to go ahead with the repair or think about getting a new one.... read more
