The technician (Oleg) arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. The problem was solved quickly and easily. Replacement of major springs on double garage doors. Master Doors (Josh) came out to the house in a matter of 2 hours, replaced the big springs on both doors, and lubricated all components of the garage door assemblies. Great Work! 3 weeks later, I had a problem with the creaking of some metal components on the door, and Josh again came out and resolved my problem at short notice. Great Client service Josh!!! Garage door service Oleg came to reset my garage door guide wires, levelling, and tension setup. He is very knowledgeable, and completed the project well. Additional advice to me as the homeowner was helpful too. I would recommend him to others that have issues with their automatic garage doors.
