RecommendedGreat customer service and the people who work there are knowledgeable. Will is the Ace in this deck of cards. He knows enough (if not more) about every product I've ever asked about. It's like he tests every machine, tool, welder, compressor, paint sprayer, paint, etc... If you need help seek him out for sure.

RecommendedI ordered a gallon of Evercoat Optex, a rather expensive product. Unfortunately, the initial shipper handled it with less than kid gloves. In fact, the gallon was open in the box and primer was leaking out. I called Eastwood, got Leah C., and she solved the issue! She didn’t bat an eye in helping me. She had new primer out and on the way, using a different shipper. It arrived unscathed!
