RecommendedI wanted a metal shear and they did not disappoint. I had a question during assembly and they were very helpful.
Recommended1) the Parma store is great...great people and it is well stocked. 2) Online...not so great. Plan on getting 4 promotional emails a day which is pretty annoying. If you email them...good chance you will not get a response. 3) The tools...I have lots of tools from Eastwood (welder, sanders, powder coating, misc. air tools, etc.) and overall am happy with them. Bottom line...if the Parma store was closer I would only deal with the store as they understand customer service. Been dealing with Eastwood for maybe 20 years.

RecommendedI had a sample of their it hotcoat, clear metallic , clear cosmic, and super gloss. I loved how it worked on polymer clay, when I tried to buy on Amazon, they were out so I went to their website. To ship what I wanted to Alaska was 72 dollars so I emailed Eastwood. They got back to me and told me to call and get a usps quote. It was reasonable and what we Alaskans are used to, so I hit the button and I am super excited to get my product, which I love love love.
