RecommendedEastwood is awesome company to get your powder coating needs. We bought a oven from the back in December and it arrived damaged, they replaced the door to the oven no question asked. Yesterday we call about heating element going out and Angie C, is shipping it out asap. Can’t ask for better customer service.
RecommendedI had bought a Eastwood welder and whith in 3 week of using it it quit so I sent it back for warranty they was going to replace it but it was on back order and was going to be awhile before I got one back so Brianna C. In customer service was the best help I could ever ask for she got me an up graded welder instead of waiting so I would say if you have a problem with anything from them they will take care of you! RecommendedI had problems with a Mig 135 that I bought and Brianna C and Tech support were fantastic to work with, resolving my issues by replacing it with an upgraded model MiG 140 at no extra charge. My new welder works perfectly. I am very happy with it and thankful to them. Would highly recommend. Chris
