I ordered the Mig 180 with Spool gun for a great Facebook price. When the order arrived, it was missing the spool gun, so I call support and they tried to tell me I made the wrong selection on the add and wanted to charge me an additional $150 to complete the order I already made. I will buy from this company again, if they refuse to make things write on their end!
Bought a 250 Multi Process welder and we couldn’t get this thing to MIG Weld. Send an email to Tech Support and it took them 6 days to get back with us. Being very disappointed in this welder and lack of support we decided to return it. But they made me pay for shipping it back!!! So buyer beware I will never recommend them to anyone again or never buy from them again, ever.
