Would be better if it wasn't so overcrowded/busy. This is a really solid commercial gym, with a lot of amenities for the price, and the staff are great! However, this is one of the most overcrowded gyms I've been too. It's often tough to get your desired workout in, requiring you to adapt or change up your exercises, which is fine, we all have to share. We're continuously working to improve member experience and gym etiquette. We do encourage you to bring any concerns regarding fellow members who are not adhering to our club polices, to a manager in order to be addressed on the spot.
Clean, bright, well-staffed, with tons of free weights and equipment. The equipment is well maintained too. Literally everything you need in a gym. I cannot speak highly enough of Edge.
Honestly really like this gym and it has everything we need, very clean and love the kid's club for our daughter. Would love to give a five star review, but some of the younger staff at the front desk need some serious customer service training. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I expect that if I am paying for a service, I shouldn't be met with attitude and a feeling that I am inconveniencing the staff if I do in fact need to interact with them. I haven't belonged to a gym in a very long time. I finally am at the point in my life where I can get back to putting myself first. I came to check it out and joined the same day. I love the classes, all the equipment and everything is super clean. I Definitely recommend this gym for any age and level of fitness.
