The tanning bed bulbs are both old and don't work well. The tanning beds smell, are constantly dirty, they do not clean them inbetween guests and would be surprised if they are cleaned at all. The tanning beds are both marked up from bottom to top with god knows what. The gym itself is clean. But the tanning beds are disgusting and don't work well. Would it kill a worker to clean them??? I liked this gym when I first signed up but it has seriously gone downhill. From machines being broken, sauna being a lawsuit waiting to happen from it falling apart to now not being open 24 hours even one day a week. People work late and would love late night workouts but they simply don't offer that. I'll be canceling my mentorship and going elsewhere.

I have been going to this gym for months and practicing with a trainer. Today I was kicked out of the gym for utilizing the open floor space when there was no class going, like we always do. When I calmly asked the general manager why, he stated it was a corporate rule. I called my home location Edge and they stated it's nothing against the rules to do this.

Awful Gym with poor customer service, my information was stolen while out on work for 2+ months and when I came to gym to fix my information and billing and pay for the 2 months they added unearthly Late fees equating to 5 months worth of membership for something Always packed and machines rarely cleaned

they over promoted this place so much and got way to many people to start memberships here so its constantly filled with people 24/7 im always standing around for a good 15-20 minutes waiting for equipment that i need since everything has somebody on it at all times

When I first got my membership, I told the person who signed me up. I told him most the month because I don't live there in Michigan. I'm only here visiting, and business. She said no problem she do care of me. Hello Abel, as our team at your local club advised you, members do have the option to cancel early due to move, we only require proof of the new address being out of the area of our clubs. Lockers will tend to break due to wear and tear, but our facilities team is on top of any necessary repairs or replacements. The only delay would be if a part is not readily available to us. I joined the gym last year at the most expensive membership to include spin classes. They had a lot of spin classes offered and I was told the spin room was always open so even if I couldn't make a class I could use the spin room. Over the last year they have cancelled 1/2 the spin classes. Recently they started locking the spin room because of people going in and taking selfies and messing up the bikes. The gym is great bright, clean and great equipment. But the only complaint I have is the music. It's absolutely horrible. I wear headphones but can still hear the club music over them. Way to loud!!!!

I understand that this is a new location. It's pretty busy but it's a Saturday and brand new. I have received multiple text message and phone calls to set up a free assessment of some sort. I arrived 5-10 minutes before my appointment. Even confirmed the night before. When you go to the counter and wait to be told how to check in some people are face buried in a computer.
