I absolutely love this place. Mariah need a raise, I came and didnt want to purchase anythinf..but she did That!!!

Signed up today! Special deals if u sign up before they open! This place is huge! Many deals—the one I chose is $30 a month and includes everything—classes, massage, cinema workout room, kids club.

very polite staff. we were welcomed as soon as we came through the door. connor was very helpful and helped me and my bf with all our questions. cant wait till they open!

I wish I could say I left this gym because of some dramatic scandal. The truth is far less exciting. A closer gym opened, and I moved on like a normal human being. Unfortunately, The Fitness Edge did not. Their outreach since then has been so relentless I am starting to wonder if my former membership came with a bonus feature called “Lifetime Pursuit Mode.” I left on perfectly good terms, but apparently that triggered a full-scale search-and-recapture operation. They play the music so loud it drowns out my headphones. When you complain about it they say it’s a corporate decision and they want the music loud. That’s a lie. Each time I come in the music volume varies. If you ever have a complaint about this club there’s no telephone number you can call to speak to a corporate representative. Your left either leaving an online message that’s eventually answered by a bot with the same pathetic reply. The Crunch fitness gym doesn’t play any music. However, if we receive feedback about the levels being too loud, we would certainly have a manager check the levels and address where necessary. Their membership inclusions & exclusions are misleading. I signed up for a basic membership in March. I went in and asked where the women’s area was & was told that the women’s area is not included in the basic membership. This is not stated ANYWHERE on their website or under the inclusion sections of their membership sign on. I was also lead to believe that the Edge Kids Zone is only included in the Strong membership. Hidden membership fees, terrible customer service, and the entire place is gross as can be. Plus, on top of that 1/3 of the equipment is always broken. Hands down the worst customer experience I've had at a gym. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I’ve had positive experience with the gym itself but they charge extra for childcare membership this is fine. Except that for the last several months they have not had adequate staff and you often have to wait 30-40 minutes for a space. There seems to be no effort to try to address this. I’m wondering if I should just find another gym. It’s a tone of work to get kids dressed and out of the house to Only be told with very little care that they are at capacity. Today it’s because there are already at capacity with 8 kids.
