Today was my first day at your facility, participating in a class. I want to give a HUGE shout out to your instructor, Julie. She took the time to understand my past experiences with classes, explained the new COVID protocol, and coached me along the entire class. As my first experience in a new place, new state, and new exercise class, I had (and still have) incredible anxiety and insecurity. Just joined today with Michelle B! She was extremely friendly and professional and made me feel at ease the entire time. I also met Mariah the General Manager who was just as friendly and professional. Great environment! So happy I made the switch from Club Fitness. This gym is clean, upbeat & so fun!
