To whom it may concern, Getting a membership at Edge Fitness is as easy as signing your name. The gym is fine, the equipment is fine-but trying to cancel your membership? That’s the real workout. The website states that if you live more than 15 miles away, you’re eligible to cancel. Simple enough, right? Wrong. Used to love this place. Really disappointed they're taking out the Edge Cinema. One of the things that separated Edge from all the rest. Now just another fitness center. Watch a movie in a theater while on the treadmill? Who says no? Apparently the suits at Edge Fitness
I love this location! It’s full but not overcrowded. Friendly staff. Feels cozy compared to some of the larger locations. I’ve had an overall great experience. Met new people just talking in the sauna and I had an excellent trainer (a woman, not sure her name) stop to help me on my form just out of kindness, and I never forgot that. Edge is a reasonably-priced, nice gym with lots of equipment. I've been a member of several gyms in the area and it's arguably the nicest of all of the options in this price range. It does get incredibly crowded from 5:00pm -6:30pm, but that's not the case if you go any other time of day (mornings are great).
