The treadmill malfunctioned today on me and stopped abruptly. This is extremely dangerous. They didn't even ask if I was ok. Who is maintaining this equipment?

I just called to explain that I am financially struggling and can no longer afford this gym and the "manager" made the situation 100% worse I ended up in tears when I called to resolve a situation he made is way worse an I am upset I just worked 8 hours today and the last thing I want is someone telling me I am the one who is in the wrong and being hostile just down right unprofessional and tacky.

Have been a member for over a year. Have tried to cancel numerous times --for my and my daughters memberships. Every time I call I am told I need to pay 1 more month. Then this month they charged me another yearly fee and again tried to tell me it's too soon to cancel. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM

Music is so so so loud, can't hear my music on my own headphones. Asked to have it lowered to a reasonable level and was told by the manager he didn't have access to volume. I doubt everyone wants to hear skank cardi b while working out. Canceled my membership today, so not worth it, rather go to giant which is just as clean and cheaper.
