In incredibly kind staff and you truly felt as if you were part of their family, the staff were very thorough and attentive to your issues. I want to get sick again just so I can go back! Not really.... but seriously :)
Checked me out in the waiting room to confirm that it was super urgent that I get back immediately, got me taken care of quickly, my nurse Chris in particular was a total cut up
I was in a lot of pain and everyone there went out of their way to help me

I have been to the Alamo Heights location but was excited to see the same great service, care and support from this location which is closer to where I now live. I was in and out in under an hour, fantastic nurse, dr & radiology tech! I am happy to see the level of commitment and care no matter the facility I visit.

As always minimal wait time, great care and staff is wonderful! I drive the little extra distance because of the overall service and care urgent care at the pearl provides.
Service was excellent! Didn’t have to wait long to be seen, and the nurses and doctors were super caring and understanding. They answered all my many questions that I had, and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting their time. Love this place! Just wish it wasn’t so expensive with my insurance.
