Previous experiences have been good. However, this visit, the nurse (initials M.B?) was not professional and had a really unpleasant attitude. When I was trying to explain symptoms and my situation she seemed annoyed and had a nasty look on her face. Additionally, upon trying to put in an IV line she stuck my right arm twice, second time pulled it out “accidentally”. Therefore had to move to my left arm for a third try. Every one was AMAZING!! From the front desk receptionist who was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable , she helped us with getting the paperwork completed very smoothly and quick.
