First, 5 stars is not enough, at least 10 stars. I could not sing the praises louder or longer regarding the care and staff at Encompass Health. I had no idea what to expect when I when I was sent to Encompass Health for rehabilitation after my neurosurgery. How fortunate I was to be treated at Encompass Health facility in Libertyville, IL. You can not find a better facility in the northern suburbs. I have to apologize for taking so long to write this review. I was a patient on 6/24/24 after having hip replacement surgery. The facility was run so efficiently that I NEVER had to wait for someone to respond to my call. The food was fresh and good. I never had to wait for medication, which was always on time, the correct pill, and dosage. Did I mention how beautiful the facility was? Not only beautiful but very clean. If you are looking for an inpatient rehabilitation facility for a loved one, we are so lucky to have one closeby. My mom is currently a patient at Encompass Healthcare in Libertyville. She is an 83 year old polio survivor and has been in many rehab facilities over the years. Encompass is hands down the best one. She is receiving incredible physical therapy and occupational therapy.
