If you are looking for an inpatient rehabilitation facility for a loved one, we are so lucky to have one closeby. My mom is currently a patient at Encompass Healthcare in Libertyville. She is an 83 year old polio survivor and has been in many rehab facilities over the years. Encompass is hands down the best one. She is receiving incredible physical therapy and occupational therapy. Beautiful building, but the care is questionable. Some staff are rude to patients. For every complaint, they are not good listeners and give all excuses. Schedule three hours of therapy, but they're late, leave early, don't have patience and quality is low. Three weeks my family member admitted and never received an update from the doctor. I only see a business in this place and not compassion for patient.
