Sound Traveling - Build Quality As a current resident who lives on the 3rd of 4 floors- I am honestly extremely disappointed in how much the noise travels. I can tell you at any given moment where my upstairs neighbor is in their apartment. I can hear when they are actively using the toilet, whether I am in the bathroom or in the bedroom. Verified Renter The apartment itself is really nice! I do wish it was in more of a walkable neighborhood and there was more parking available in the parking deck. The sulfur water smell is terrible.
