Verified Renter elevators have been getting dirty. The cleanliness of the building isn’t the same anymore. Staff is nice but overall property has been let go.

Verified Renter Very quiet community. Parking garage is a big plus to quality of living! The staff is super nice and helpful, the mail room is also a great resource to retrieve any mail & packages.

Verified Renter The leasing staff seem to care more about posting on social media than they do about residents' safety and security concerns. I've raised concerns on multiple occassions and have been met with silence all while seeing them post on social media about hot chocolate and a holiday party. It's alarming and very concerning. Do no move here.

Sound Traveling - Build Quality As a current resident who lives on the 3rd of 4 floors- I am honestly extremely disappointed in how much the noise travels. I can tell you at any given moment where my upstairs neighbor is in their apartment. I can hear when they are actively using the toilet, whether I am in the bathroom or in the bedroom.
