Moved in here almost a year ago. I love it. The staff is so sweet and helpful, especially Dallas!
The Flatts and especially Stephanie have been great to work with in regards to my son (a student at Salisbury University). They worked with us on an issue and I could not be happier. Stephanie was attentive and so easy to work with. Thank you for all you did!
The Flatts is a great place to live. First, it's super close to campus. They even have a shuttle to get you to and from. Second, the amenities are great. They have a gym, really great study areas with computers, a game room, and other up to date amenities. They also have a turf area with lounge chairs and an area with nice couches, tables, and a fire place. Since recent reviews, the flatts has finished renovation and has pretty nice living spaces. I'm a college student and the alternatives are either more expensive, or the same price for less living space. The current staff are friendly and responsive, and the utilities and benefits are very nice for the money.
A lot of people had bad things to say about the complex but I think it's great! Everything looks like the pictures and the staff is super nice! They do not always follow through with the dates that they are doing something and if you need to communicate you have to call because they probably will not email you back. Besides that I think the complex is very nice and like living here!
I don't even know where to start, I lived here for two years. They'll do give aways and never give the prizes out, give incentive to sign leases and do the same thing. They'll get these prizes to give out then never let you know they have them hoping you won't get your promised reward because they're so cheap. They'll have events like taco tuesday or chic fi la breakfast once a semester but buy enough to feed one building in their ten building apartment complex. Honestly, this apartment complex is wack n frustrating to work with. They have had half the parking lot closed due to repaving, but don't actually fix the issue of flooding in many areas especially in the back of the complex. They did roof work at 9 am which was just annoying because you could hear them working even when it was a few buildings away. THANKS FOR DELETING MY HONEST REVIEW I'll add it again and on every site! INCREDIBLE maintenance staff On the weekends it can be very noisy since they're thin walls but great place overall....just wish they had a pool. Besides that, I didn't have the best experience talking to Stephanie Lee. My friend told me she's one of the boss ladies. At first I enjoyed this complex since it has great amenities and opportunities to get to campus and surrounding stores quickly. However the staff tends to be very last minute with announcements: they don't let people know if there will be community maintenance until minutes before they're scheduled to come in. And there are never timeframes for when maintenance will be completed. The location is also very expensive and is marketed in a way where it seems like a deal, but personally I don't think so.
