Although the local manager Austin (and his staff) is wonderfully kind and helpful, the corporate office has no regard for the tenants and could not be any more disrespectful or neglectful. I would not recommend this complex to anyone I care for. Find another complex for sure!!
I recently stopped by this complex as we were consider renting from here .... The hallway absolutely reeked from feces and urine. Attached are photos from the third floor of building three it was utterly disgusting there is no way I would consider letting my children live here.
When we arrived on our move-in date, we saw the room that we were supposed to be staying in was awful. There was trash everywhere, old food and beer left in the refrigerator, and paint all over the floor! My first thought was that they had just gotten behind on cleaning. Our next room that they moved us to still had paint and scratches all over the floor. My roommates key and mine both did not lock or unlock our doors after bringing it up many times to be fixed. every gate in this complex has been broken since october. make sure you set up a visit soon to see how well they take care of this place!! dog poop in the hall on every floor and you may even find something special like a raw egg that has been decomposing for 4 months.
This is probably the worst apartment complex in Starkville. The management will blow up your phone and email inbox until you sign a lease, then they no longer care. Their random roommate placement is absurd and they do not even attempt to pair you with compatible people. Also, ANY problems you may have will be completely ignored/avoided by then entire management instead of fixed. This place is absolutely garbage.
The management of this company is totally unprofessional and unorganized. They plan events that end up occurring 2 hours late with little to no method to their madness.
