Verified Renter This is a wonderful apartment complex. It is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The apartment itself is spacious and has modernized features. The amenities are also fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Verified Renter The staff is nice and promptly. Environment is cozy and safe. I’ve been enjoying to live here so far. Nothing to complain about it. It would be nice to have on site maintenance.

Good place to live- quiet This apartment complex has been great. My apartment is a bit small but I love the big closet, it’s been bug free, clean community, friendly neighbors, nice set up for the mail in the gazebo. It also is quiet so if your a college student this is a great plus!

Almost 5 stars - Very very thin walls and floors Pros - Very responsive, attentive, and professional management team. I put in a maintenance request and it was taken care of the next day. Nice place to live The Gardens of Timberlake is a very nice place to live. It is quiet and safe. I enjoy the Clubhouse and the pool. I feel very happy and satisfied here.

Awesome Place! Clean, quiet, good amenities! This apartment complex has been great. My apartment is a bit small but I love the big closet, it’s been bug free, clean community, friendly neighbors, nice set up for the mail in the gazebo, nice pool, and it has a nice gym.
Terrible Management and terrible policies the WORST place you could live. Although the gardens looks nice on the outside, the management and the policies make this place an awful community to live in. The property manager is terrible at her job, doesn’t care about the residents, and only cares about how the gardens can take more money from you. The parking policy is trash, and if you don’t want to pay $100 per car per apartment, you will get towed. They make new policies that you have no choice to follow, whether you were he... read more
Awful parking policies My sister and brother in law moved here earlier this year when they relocated back to the area. They were so excited to find a nice, gated, clean place to live at a relatively affordable rate. My fiance and I had also moved away and discussed possibly moving here as well when we returned to the area. YEAH NO! Unfortunately, within an apartment community there does have to be some regulations implemented and this is a standard procedure at similar communities. While we were brand new and not fully occupied, unlimited parking for the residents was not an issue and therefor allowed.
