Beautiful Complex, NOT worth dealing with the management They've changed multiple policies since I moved here and have no regard for treating their residents fairly. They recently implemented a new parking policy, giving ONE parking tag to each apartment regardless of how many people are on the lease. If you want another parking spot because you, like me, have 2 roommates (who also signed the lease) and need to park on the premises, you'll need to pay an extra $100 per tag. Unfortunately, within an apartment community there does have to be some regulations implemented and this is a standard procedure at similar communities. While we were brand new and not fully occupied, unlimited parking for the residents was not an issue and therefor allowed. Parking Chess Match When we moved in here and signed a lease there was NO PARKING POLICY. In our building the parking was just fine...until the horrible parking policy that was created. We were all told to sign a NEW parking policy sheet that would give us 1 hang tag, we rent a 3 bed 2 bath apartment (notice I said we because it is me and my wife so we have 2 vehicles), that would allow the hang tag vehicle to park anywhere in the lot. Current Resident I moved into these apartments in March of 2018 and then in May they decide to tell all of the tenants that they can only have 1 parking space and if you have another vehicle you must pay $100 for a "parking tag" per year or park outside of the gated property. This was NOT on our lease and every night they have cars towed that belong to actual tenants who must then pay BeeLine towing company $240 per day that the car is at their lot.
