This was the second time I’ve used Chris’s team for window repair at my home. At the office, Mary schedules the estimates and Repair visits and is always so nice and easy to work with . This visit, Mark and Jason helped Repair four windows. At one point there was a glitch with one of the repairs and Mark came right back and fixed the issue . That’s what I call Customer Service! I would definitely use them again.

I had my glass door replaced less than two years ago and it was making bumping sound when I closed it so I called glass guru and they came right out. I think the man’s name was Chris. He was one of the owners. I’m sorry I’m not 100% sure that that’s what his name was. Anyway, we found out it was not the door. The door was fine. He gave me a lot of tips about how to open the door and what I was doing wrong he sprayed silicone on the track which made the door much easier to open and close and spent a lot of time talking to me ... read more

My experience with Chris was fantastic I thought I had a broken window but he was able to fix the problem in minutes Came during the 1hour window I was given as well Extremely friendly and courteous! Will use guru windows again for sure Thanks
