From the initial phone call to the finished replacement everyone was extremely nice and explained everything. Very happy with their work. Will definitely use them again.

The whole experience was exceptional. The sales individual contacted me immediately after my call and arrived at my home not long after we talked, he inspected all of my windows and took measurements of the windows that needed to be replaced. It was great, because he let me know right away how much the window replacement was going to cost. Window Guru also let me know it would be a couple weeks before my windows would be in and that’s exactly how long it was. Once the windows arrived, an install appointment was made. Excellent service! While here for a broken window, I asked about a sliding door, they actually took time to remove my sliding door and try to repair for me. I felt that was above and beyond because of the time it took, and that not even being the reason they were there. Also felt they could have easily just said it needed replaced, but gave me two price options to fix it. I got the overall feeling of honesty and kindness. I would definitely recommend ☺️

Excellent work! My mowing service threw a metal rod through my window. I called Glass Guru to replace the window. They were out the next day to measure the window and thickness of the glass. They had to order the glass and when it came in they were out and replaced the glass in the window and replaced the screen that was damaged. It only took maybe 30 minutes to fix the window and screen. Very efficient. They worked with the mowing service to pay for it so I didn't have to front the money to get it repaired.
