Communication with Glass Guru has been prompt from my first phone call. On the day of installation, David R. and James H. were wonderful! They showed up right on time. We are in the process of moving and when I realized moving boxes were blocking the exact window they needed to replace, they immediately went to work to help move items out of the way with no complaints.
