Clint Sanders and James Hejl were excellent! They showed up when promised, were efficient in replacing our broken window, and even cleaned up the broken glass from the old window before leaving. We would definitely use them again.

As a Realtor, I always recommend Glass Guru to my clients and haven’t received any complaints, so it was natural for me to have them do the window pane replacement at my home after hail damage. They communicate and stay in communication. They show up on time and if they have a longer than usual job due to unforeseen issues, they immediately communicate with the next customer as soon as they know. Had The Glass Guru replace four double pane windows that were broken in a hail storm. They provided the lowest quote I received, and Dave and Dave did a fine job with installation and clean-up. All good!

From the time I contacted them they were very responsive to my texts/questions. I looked at many places online and the price here was competitive but the service was much more personal. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
