I was able to speak with a live person on the phone who was pleasant and helpful. I was also able to get a quick appointment and the guys who came out did a good job. I will use Glass Guru again.

Glass Guru is one of the few companies that actually answer the phone. That got them 2 stars. They came within a day of the call and gave us a great quote. within 2 weeks, windows were installed and everything looked great. If we could give more stars we would have. Service, Attitude, Pricing all superb. Use them. You'll be happy.
Requested two fogged windows replaced and 2 were measured and paid for and whoever placed the order only ordered one.
Ive used this company in the past but never again. You better make sure you understand work to be done and price because they say one thing and do another. NEVER again !!!!
