overall good, glass was as expected, installation did a job some areas for improvement: I did not receive anything regarding warranty I wish they had cleaned outside of all windows communication could have better, last minute scheduling left little time to coordinate and caused me to adjust times I would use you again and was overall pleased with the project

Had to have a large picture window replaced, and someone recommended The Glass Guru. Thank goodness for the recommendation. The team arrived on time, no delays. Each member knew his task, and the work flow was seamless. Except for the new window, one would never know they had been here.
