The window looks good and is repaired how we hoped, however after the initial estimate it took over 3 months to get the work done. I would be understanding that things take time, however there was little to no communication about the delay. The original order was broken in transit but I only found out because I called. I was not given an eta after paying the deposit and didn’t hear anything for several weeks, until I reached out. Results were great But it took way longer than I expected
Great work. I needed a window replaced at my cabin on the north shore. It can be hard to find contractors in that area. A local glass guy I know in the cities recommened the Glass Guru and the service was excellent.
