Glass Gurus measured and installed an insulated replacement window. The initial experience was positive, with their representative arriving on time and providing helpful, clear information. They explained that the existing window was not a candidate for internal cleaning due to its coating. We accepted the estimate and paid a 50% deposit ($512) for a replacement pane with an expected two-week lead time.
