Victor was pleasant, on time to the minute, very helpful and friendly and replaced the broken glass on my single pane, old style encasement craftsman window. He was extremely professional and got the job done impressively. Nobody ever wants to “need” broken window repair but this was a fast, very pleasant experience from the estimate to the completion. Would recommend to anyone!

Glass Guru did a great job. Quote was reasonable and much cheaper than whole window replacement and fast. Installers (Victor Garcia, Jacob Sanmigel, and Dean Snyder) were fast and efficient. Replaced 11 windows top and bottom in 4 hours. Could tell difference in heat reduction immediately, plus they look great!
