I had a crack in a double paned window. Victor and Jacob were able to replace the panes very quickly and left no mess. They also voluntarily replaced cracked window trim on a different window. Will use them for future glass needs!

We had four French door glass panels replaced by Glass Guru and they were professional and communicative. When we discovered one of the glass panels had a smudge INSIDE the double pane, they immediately contacted the manufacturer and replaced it. Great job.

Process was smooth from start to finish. Every other glass company I called was rude or dismissive, they actually helped. It was easy to set up for a consultation, and the process was as explained. Victor and Dean came to install and they were polite, quick, quiet, and tidy - perfect for a busy person working from home.
