My experience has been up and down, but ultimately once I reached negotiations, Kim Clark took great care of me and my case. For the first time I felt a sense of empathy and compassion with a real sense of urgency to fight back after being hit by a drunk driver. This has been a long experience fighting the other insurance company, but I feel confident that Kim will take care of me. I promise, this is the most peace of mind I have had with this situation since it happened last year.
My New case manager Jasmine Urbieta is so Awesome, she returns my phone calls if she’s unavailable when I leave her a message, she also texts which is definitely a plus, she’s Professional and very detail oriented. I’m really appreciative of her time and attention on my case.
Ms. Lashunda Bowers has given me excellent service. She has extended herself to me continuously not just on one case but on cases that were assigned to other case workers. She ensured I received the best service possible. She helped me get compensation for a vehicle I thought I had lost. She helped me get financial assistance when my bills were behind. Ms. Bowers has consistently kept me updated with every step of my case and called to ensure I was ok. I can't say THANK YOU enough for all she has done.
Kaysie has done an amazing job working with me during the process. I had a ton of questions throughout in which she promptly addressed. I was updated on progeess routinely each month and never had to question what was going on. I would highly recommend their services.
