I absolutely love Olga Presas. She has been a Godsend & does every thing she can within her power or reach to help me. She keeps me up to date on my case & has given me confidence when I needed it about personal matters. Olga doesn't just care about the case, but about me as a person as well. She treats me like family, not a number.

Stacey West gave amazing service! She answered my questions and gathered by case information promptly after informing me my case manager was on leave. She called me back same day to update me on my case. She was very pleasant.
Must say this law firm kept a a highly persistant team from start to finish. They guided me hand and hand through every procedure we needed to take together to get the process over. From the time i was hit by a drunk driver hospitalized , endured tense therapy , and eventually settled. Go Mrs. Ellis please request this lady, and God helped me keep all hope in my life.
I must say this Law Firm has been consistent with the language of the law. Ms. Kaysie Ellis has been pretty solid with keeping me in the loop with via emails... with documentations and through phone calls of good communication. However the jury is still out on this firm as my case remains open. But I do have confident that I will be satisfied with their level of service.
Working my case with Shelby Hunter has been great. Shelby is very prompt, informative, and extremely helpful. My attorney Mr. Muncher has also been very helpful in explaining my case, and updating me as to the next steps. These guys make a great team, and a happy customer.
I'm having such a great experience, they're fast sweet and very understandable thank you Priscilla and your staff for showing that you care, you can hear it in there voices!
