Verified Renter I have been to the Golf Villas two different times. The first time was about five years ago and stayed for almost two years. First rented a one bedroom apt and then went to a three bedroom. The Golf Villas is very unique for it offers many different views of the mountains, golf course and walking areas depending on the apt location that you choose. Five Stars for Golf Villas We have lived at Golf Villas for one year now and could not be happier. Everything is as advertised and better. All apartment complexes will claim to offer "care free" living, but the management and entire team at Golf Villas walk the talk. They are always responsive, courteous and helpful and Josh and the maintenance team are amazing. Peace and quiet I love this community. The apartment team is super friendly and nice. The views you see are amazing and most important for me is that it's so peaceful and quiet. I look forward to going home everyday. The pool and the workout areas are kept nice and clean and so are the grounds. All in all this is a great place to live. The rent is comparable to what you will find in the area.
Let me tell you about our apartment The community is called Golf Villas @ Oro Valley, which is about 15 miles northwest of downtown Tucson, Arizona. It is a lovely setting, high in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains. Views from the complex are of the mountains to the east, and across the adjacent El Conquistador Golf Club and the city to the south. Great living I have lived in the Golf Villas in Oro Valley for just under a year now. The staff have always been very polite and courteous. No matter where I see them around the property they know me by name and make me feel welcomed. The apartment in itself speaks tremendous values!!! Management is the worst Management is absolutely awful. Get everything in writing and keep your receipts.

Not luxury apartments I rented for 6 months at the Golf Villa Apartments. To advertise they are luxury is an exaggeration. The apartment I rented was outdated and many items were in need of repair. While some of the outdoor facilities had been renovated, each time I tried to use them they were non functional. Maintenance is lackluster and they will attempt to charge you for unwarranted repairs or damages. Renters beware. I would caution potential renters considering the Golf Villa Apartments.
