Not a luxury apartment A rundown dump The only thing luxury about these apartments is the price $$$. Landscaping needs to be done! Light need to be fixed. For crying out loud the front entry to the complex light is out. Lights all around the complex are out that’s ridiculous. Windows are super dirty and they don’t clean them including the porches. Verified Renter The apartments and community as a whole are comfortable. It was a very nice place to call home until the new assistant manager came. She is too power hungry and extremely unprofessional to say the least in her treatment of the residents. No assistant manager should ever scream at any resident, especially a good resident.

Verified Renter Only luxury aspect of these luxury apartments is the rent. Appliances are old and decrepit. Only good thing are the views of the Catalinas.

Verified Renter Worst community I have ever lived in! Want a parking space when you come home from work? Better look else where. Expecting a covered/assigned space when you move in, look else where. The chances of getting on is slim. If you want to wait about an hour to get your questions or concerned dismissed, then this place is the community for you. Maintence is excellent, but that is the only plus about this complex.
