As a long time resident, I've seen it all here. The previous management company Lincoln Properties was excellent. Arium took over sometime towards the end of 2019. I get it, right before Covid arrived. I'm sure that all apartments suffered with getting help and supplies. Maintenance wise, I have no complaints. Friendly, timely and knowledgeable. We have had four property managers since Arium took over. The first was great but was only here for maybe a year at most. The second and third managers acted as if ... read more
