RecommendedI moved in the Goodwyn and felt at home immediately. The ammineties, shops, publix, la fitness, are all within a few minutes walk from door to door. The complex is clean, unique loft style and I love it. I'm home.

I've never liked apartment living, however, The Goodwynn at Brookhaven has completely changed my mind! I love living, shopping, eating and playing all within walking distance of my apartment. The other residents are friendly and respectful of quiet hours, so there are no loud parties while I'm trying to sleep. The Goodwynn is the perfect place to live!
We just moved in this weekend and so far very happy. Laura in the leasing office was wonderful. Since we have not lived in an apartment in forever and a day we have some things to get used to. But living within 5 miles of work is amazing. I love only using my car to go to work and walking to the store, shopping and restaurants. It's a good life.
