I lived here for about 18 months, and my fiancé and I enjoyed it. Exactly 12 months after we moved out, we both received collections notices claiming we each owed them $402.86. I've lived here for a year and this place is pretty awful. Features are out dated, rent is expensive, maintenance sucks, location is good, it's not pet friendly, and it's constantly noisy. Features: everything was built 7 or 8 years ago. There haven't been any upgrades since, so expect an older apartment.
