RecommendedThe apartment itself is nice but once you move in there’s just nonstop problems. The application process was horrendous on its own. The office staff are unhelpful. Maintenance takes a month or more to show up. When we kept calling the office about our issues they said they only had one maintenance guy. Why is that the residents fault? Hire more maintenance people. There’s also roaches everywhere since we’ve moved in and pest control keeps coming with no change. Too often something is wrong and in the beginning when we first moved they were on top of it now when the garbage isn’t picked up for multiple days in a row they say “it’s a complimentary service” it’s payed into the rent as is the water! They pass the buck and tell me to call the valet service when it is on them. When the guitar is broke you don’t ask the musician to fix it you get a tech guy to do it. I’m not a middle man. Do right by your tenants.
I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, my family, nor friends. I’ve lived here since Dec. 2018, and what I thought would a great experience by the nice staff has turned out to be the complete opposite. My husband and I have endured pest issues since are move in. When questioned about the roaches from the first night, leasing agent stated they walked through and didn’t notice anything, which is a complete lie because there is no way they could miss it. Maintenance is slow. I told the office over a week ago about a wasp nest by my garage door. If I open it they swarm. it is still there. should I be upset?
A community's responsibility is to make their renters feel safe, this community has failed that. Multiple break ins and management that tries to undermine the intelligence of the very people it provides a "home" to. Let's be real, this place has issues, criminal ones, that need fixing. A lease expires, this bad reputation won't, remember that.
