Had a friend's front door kicked in and her home burglarized moments before she arrived with her infant son. Disappointing. Not safe. Worst of all, she was not supported or reassured by the management team. Why live where you don't feel safe?! Why live where your safety and well-being are no ones priority or responsibility?! I suggest you seek a place where the people running it care.
If you give this company a bad review about your home being broke into and the management not seeming to care or feel anything needs to be done to improve the security and safety. They will simply report you to Facebook and remove your post WTH
Rent increased 30% in 5 years. I love living here, but the increases are WAY too high. Management claims that they are in line with "Market Value" however, the "Market Value" was actually higher when I moved in 2009, yet I'm asked to pay almost 30% more rent in 2014.
