Very enjoyable dinner for three. Fried chicken was excellent, as was the chile reneiros.
We had the Fried Chicken dinner and salmon. It was great! Our server was wonderful. And we got the special Bloody Mary made mild, just perfect. Loved our server. We have also had a private event at the Happ Inn before that was really well done! Marilyn Faloon

Food is always reliably good. Fried chicken is excellent! So is the guacamole! My husband loves the burger and always has one.
My husband's and my favorite meal at the Happ Inn is the turkey burger. Not sure what happened but the recipe has been changed and not what we have had in the past. It had no taste and if I'm not mistaken could have come from the freezer case in the grocery store. Actually that's not fair to the frozen patties. Also the brussel sprouts were a bit bitter and not roasted enough. The ceviche was tasty but again it was not the usual portion size. Always good. The menu items are written in very small print.
The music from the party room was to loud and booming. Other than that it was a lovely evening.
The gazpacho soup was out of this world. Top of the line. I had a turkey burger which was good- not great, but that's what I expect for the majority of turkey burgers. The guacamole in the side and homemade chips definitely helped. Carlos was there and he is such a terrific host! I would always go back.
