This was our first visit since a significant renovation to the the restaurant patio room and main dining room. They added some more windows between rooms on the interior and it really opens up the space and the renovated patio is much more open and bright, despite still being all inside. It no longer has plastic walls which is an improvement. The Gazpacho was great and the food was all good, a mix of eclectic and comfort food and the whole family enjoyed their choices.
The HAPP Inn is a great neighborhood place with great food and service!!! The owner is there many nights during the week and he will stop by your table with a friendly hello and great conversation! HAPP features daily specials and drinks that will please your pallet along with a menu which will satisfy all!!
Happ is one of our favs. Wish they would boost the wine list a bit, but overall it is a "go to" place that satisfies everyone :)

I love the grass fed burger. My husband enjoyed the salmon Nicoise. Not a lot of good choices on the menu. For us. Nice ambience.
Seems to be filled with regulars. Even though we made reservations, We were seated in back between two large groups. The front section seems reserved for their regular crowd. Food was tasty if not spectacular. Waitress was very good and helpful. Very kid friendly place. Overall, a ho-hum dining experience.
Great place for a casual get-together with friends or family. Great service, tasty food, and kid-friendly.
Good meal at a pretty good price. Surprised by how tasty everything was. Service was solid too.
